MAKING SURE YOUR ORDERS ARRIVE SAFELY
Your orders are incredibly important to us and we do everything to ensure these arrive safely at your/your loved one’s door. We thermally wrap your chocolate boxes and use premium box fillings to ensure these are kept cool during transit.

We respect our planet, so only use sustainable packaging – this extends to our parcel boxes, box fillings and even our tape!
DISPATCHING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and dispatch orders every working day (Monday – Friday). During the months of June, July & August we dispatch orders Monday-Thursday to avoid chocolate being in transit over the weekend.
MANAGING ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
Orders consist of 1 billing address and 1 delivery address. Our systems are integrated with delivery partners so any changes need to be advised as soon as possible. We will endeavour, where possible to make requested changes, but are unable to split existing orders to multiple addresses.
We process corporate and larger volume orders via email requests to process multiple recipient/address. Details of orders are confirmed and delivery costs advised prior to payment.
Payment methods accepted
Our website uses Stripe to process payments. All major cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard & American Express, as well as Apple Pay.
Corporate customers pay via BACS through our online invoicing system (Xero).
UK DELIVERY PRICES
We use Royal Mail 1st class postage which normally provides a next day delivery service. However due to COVID we have experienced delays with some orders, so please allow longer for parcels to arrive.
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery prices are calculated on weight;
Up to 1kg cost £3.95 and up to 2kg cost £5.95
UK delivery is free on orders over £40.
(we do not send large letters as these are not tracked)
OVERSEAS DELIVERY PRICES
We use Royal Mail International Tracked which has been impacted recently due to COVID and delays at customs, so please allow longer for parcels to arrive.
Royal Mail International Tracked delivery prices are calculated on location & weight;
Europe: up to 1kg cost £12.00 and up to 2kg cost £15.00 (3-4 working days delivery)
Non-Europe: up to 1kg cost £18.00 and up to 2kg cost £31.00 (5-7 working days delivery)
As we are no longer in the EU, goods dispatched to EU and Non-EU countries may require payment of customs VAT, taxes or clearance fees before these are delivered to the recipient in that country (this is managed by the country the goods are going to). Please check out the Royal Mail website for more information and how this could impact you or your recipient.
We are confident you will love our chocolates and we take all steps possible to ensure these arrive in great condition. However if you find your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it and we will arrange a refund or replacement on receipt of the returned goods.

Please note that all refunds from our website are conditional upon proof of purchase and can only be made to the person who purchased the goods.
